TWO PARTICIPATING ARTISTS PRESENTED WITH AWARDS!

The Society is proud to announce that Jim Pescott, and Doug Levitt, two of the artists participating in the Artisan Gardens project, have both received Art awards this month. Doug was presented with the Artist Choice Award, Juror Choice Award and Honorable mention for the Spirit of 1912 Award at the Calgary Stampede Western Art Gallery showcase.

Jim received the Vivid Arts Award for Excellence in the Arts and Outstanding Career Achievement. It was presented jointly by Vivid Arts Network and ARTtour International Magazine, where Jim was described as a 'Pointillism Master'. Read the article here. Congratulations to both Doug & Jim!
